A beautiful painting speaks thousand of words. It can be inspiring when simple and clear messages able to create great impact to your audiences. In your Powerpoint presentations, you can create beautiful artwork – which is motivational poster. The only difference is that you do not have to design your artwork as you can choose and modified pictures from ClipArt.
Normally, we make these slides which are in landscape page format. What happens if we change it into portrait page format?
No surprise that you will see not much differences in both of these page formats. But using portrait page format does show its significance in presenting slides in vertical view. For example, most of the vertical pictures are best viewed on portrait page format. In order to switch your slides into portrait view, choose File>Page Setup. Then, you will have a “Page Setup” menu appears on your screen. From the “Orientation” section, choose “Portrait” from the “Slides” area and press “OK” button.
When it comes to browsing pictures via Microsoft ClipArt, use suitable keyword search to find related pictures for your slides. Specifically choose a vertical picture from the ClipArt search results and put it into your presentation slide. It is recommended that you need to use high resolution pictures for your slides before flanking it with suitable text-contents.
Examples of motivational posters created in Powerpoint:
Thumbs up!
Jump! As long you’re still alive!
If you have seen a conventional motivational poster, the text-contents are short and thoughtful. But in this case, your text-contents are not necessarily have to be thoughtful. Ideally, simple text-contents that added into your slides are easily perceived by your audiences. Creatively arrange your text-contents with text boxes so that your text-contents are able to match with your ClipArt pictures that have added earlier.
